Entirely recognizable within seconds hearing the first few notes, here is one that both visually and auditorily will remain an embdded musical memory. The 80s were such a musical explosion, it will never be replicated. Different sounds from what the mainstream was were embraced and sought out. Bowie is a musical genius. This is one of my favorites.

There are not many songs from the 1990s that appeal to me, perhpas that are more than I realize...I dunno. But this song, is just brilliant!. It's simplistic arrangement and raw unpolished performance sets this one way above the many dull and boring grunge era music.

We this came out, It reminded so much of Queen. From the layered harmonies to the distinct guitar sound. This is such a great song and a comes from an album that I used to listen to front to back on a consistent basis. This is such an awesome tune!

This power pop band comes from Detroit just like The Romantics, and their music is top notch! Definitely will be looking for more from these guys. The song posted here is catchy, infectious and polished. I Highly Recommend this one!

I wish I wasn't so dismissive on all music that wasn't 'Rock' back when I went to see Milwaukee local bands. There were so many excellent bands that I never gave the chance. Colur Radio is one of them. With Hard Rock and Heavy Metal making a big impact, it filled my need for music and left nearly no room for other genres. My error in my prejedicial mindset. I regress... Not quite polished but rythmically hypnotizing is this song from Colour Radio - Adrianna's Dream.
